Andrew Augustine was born in India and was raised in Canada where he spent his formative years. He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia. Prior to attending law school, Andrew worked for the Government of British Columbia managing various projects related to healthcare.

Andrew Received his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2018 where he was the Rosa Parks Human Rights Student Award Winner. While in law school, Andrew served as an editor of the Idaho Law Review, President of the International Law Student Association, and was a legal research and writing teaching assistant. Andrew was also part of the University’s Immigration Appellate Clinic where he worked on Ninth Circuit cases and developed emergency planning materials for those at risk of ICE apprehension.

Based in Novo Legal Group’s Washington office, Andrew practices primarily in the Immigration Litigation department. Andrew has experience representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) , the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), the Department of State (DOS), and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (Ca9).
