6. Governing Law and Forum
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
