Novo Legal Group v. ICE, 20-cv-0038
OVERVIEW
Novo Legal Group brought this complaint in the US District Court of Colorado under the Freedom of Information Act due to ICE’s refusal to provide contract information between ICE and The GEO Group. This suit, though ongoing, has already produced a trove of information including GEO’s contract with ICE to operate their civil detention facility in Aurora, Colorado.
