Maritza Hernandez

Maritza Hernández is from Guadalajara, Mexico, and holds a bachelor's degree in Geography (2022). Her customer service career began before she finished her degree, starting in sales and moving through tech support, service desk, customer care, and customer advocacy. She describes herself as goal-oriented and drawn to a challenge, ready to bring her experience to both clients and the team.

She lived in Oregon for a stretch, which gave her a close-up understanding of U.S. culture. Alongside Spanish and English, she speaks German and is currently learning Japanese.
