In this first video of our five-video series on "Getting Out of Detention," we discuss the basics of the removal process before the immigration court. In this video, we discuss how detained cases differ from non-detained cases, what to expect at a "Master Calendar Hearing" (MCH) versus an "Individual Calendar Hearing" (ICH) as well as how bond proceedings differ from the full removal case.
