Alexandro Astorga

Alexandro joins the Novo Sales team with experience in many areas. He has worked in logistics, sales, soft collections, and customer support. These jobs taught him how to talk to people clearly and solve problems fast. Most of all, they taught him to put people's needs first. He uses these skills to help clients feel sure and supported.

Alexandro wanted to work at Novo for one big reason. He likes helping people who need fast and real help. He is someone clients can count on.

When he is not working, Alexandro loves to stay active. He enjoys cycling, camping, and riding two-stroke bikes. He likes being outdoors as much as he can. When he can't go outside, he relaxes by playing video games. This fun and easygoing spirit shows up in his work too. It helps him connect with clients and make them feel cared for.
