FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Novo Legal is seeking a highly motivated research and writing intern to assist with our immigration litigation department. Applicants will have the opportunity to work directly with an experienced immigration defense attorney in preparing a variety of cases from gender-based violence asylum claims to 10-year non-resident cancellation. Interns will interview clients (telephonic and in-person interpreters available), research cutting edge legal issues and draft persuasive briefs before the Executive Office of Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals, and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
