    At Novo Legal, we believe every person deserves a fierce advocate. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our immigration litigation team and help us fight for the people who need it most.

    This is not a background role. You'll work side-by-side with an experienced immigration defense attorney, taking on real cases with real consequences — from gender-based violence asylum claims to 10-year non-resident cancellation of removal.

    What You'll Do:

    • Conduct client interviews — both in-person and by phone (interpreters available)
    • Research complex, cutting-edge legal issues at the forefront of U.S. immigration law
    • Draft persuasive legal briefs before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals
