SALARY
$65,000 – $80,000 DOE
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of immigration law experience (including law school clinic or internship work in immigration).
- Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state (must obtain CO licensure within 1 year).
- Spanish conversational proficiency (immersion program available if needed).
- Strong legal writing, document review, and case management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Commitment to civil rights and immigrant justice.

The Role
We’re looking for an Immigration Attorney to join our Denver team handling affirmative filings before USCIS and U.S. consular offices worldwide. This is an opportunity to work on family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, waivers, adjustment of status, naturalization, and consular processing for clients across the globe.
You’ll collaborate closely with our experienced team to prepare accurate, persuasive applications and guide clients through every stage of their case—from intake to final decision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file applications with USCIS, including adjustment of status, naturalization, family petitions, U visas, VAWA, TPS, and humanitarian parole.
- Handle consular processing cases with DOS, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on legal strategy and case planning.
- Supervise paralegals and review casework for quality and completeness.
- Advise clients on eligibility, required evidence, and timelines.
- Track case progress and respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other agency requests.
- Stay informed on immigration law changes impacting affirmative filings.
Compensation & Benefits
