Priscilla was born in El Paso, Texas, and spent her early years in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Her family immigrated to Thornton, Colorado when she was just eight years old. Priscilla's upbringing in a binational environment instilled in her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant families. She completed her bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in criminal justice at Metropolitan State University in 2018, and aspires to further her education to become an attorney.

Priscilla has been an active advocate for the immigration community, contributing her time and efforts to collect thousands of signatures in support of the SB 251 License For All initiative, which eventually became law. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes spending time with her family and taking care of her pets, which include three horses and two Alaskan Malamutes. Priscilla first joined the Novo Legal team as an intern in 2018 while pregnant and quickly proved herself to be an invaluable asset. In January 2019, she transitioned to a vital role within the removal defense department, where she continues to make a significant impact.
