Leisa Jenkins

Leisa is driven by a passion for human rights and a commitment to helping those most disadvantaged by systems not built with them in mind. With a background in Philosophy and Religious Studies from CU Denver, their academic path deepened their awareness of moral inequities and the diverse lived experiences of people worldwide. They hope to pursue a JD to one day open a civil rights practice focused on community-centered justice.

As the Systems Administrator at Novo Legal Group, Leisa leads internal systems design and maintenance across departments. They develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), oversee firm-wide training, and support staff in maximizing our technology and automation tools. Their work ensures efficient, compliant workflows and empowers the team through accessible documentation and ongoing systems support.

Outside of their professional life, Leisa is passionate about plants, particularly in the context of permaculture and regenerative gardening practices. This hobby reflects their values of nurturing connections and giving back to the earth, aligning with their broader commitment to making a positive impact. Leisa takes immense pride in the resilience and perseverance they have demonstrated throughout their journey.
