Associate Attorney

Ismael Torres is originally from Huatusco, a small city in Veracruz, and holds a degree in Accounting from BUAP in Puebla. His professional path spans roles in a local accounting firm, Fundación Teletón, and Ernst & Young, as well as experience supporting U.S.-based companies. Throughout his career, he has cultivated strong expertise in accounting, taxes, administration, and organizational systems—skills that ground his work as a Bookkeeping Specialist.

Ismael was drawn to Novo by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through precise, detail-driven work behind the scenes. He is motivated by the idea that sound financial processes help support the broader mission of serving clients and their families.

Outside of work, Ismael enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring Mexican gastronomy—especially tacos. He’s also an avid music fan who gravitates toward pop and country, with a particular appreciation for Taylor Swift.
