Virtual Receptionist
Fatima Armas studied languages at UAEMex, where she developed a lifelong passion for communication and cultural exchange. She went on to work as a teacher for over a decade, guiding students through their academic journeys. At language institutes, Fatima’s role often extended beyond the classroom—she built close relationships with her students, supporting them until they reached graduation, which sparked her interest in client-focused service.
Her professional path later transitioned into customer service, where she worked full-time at CEC Marriott and subsequently at ERD (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores) as part of the National Campaign. These roles allowed her to strengthen her skills in communication, problem-solving, and client care, which she now brings into her work at Novo Legal.
What drew Fatima to Novo was the firm’s broad range of practice areas and, in particular, its deep commitment to immigration law. She is inspired by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that directly impacts people’s lives.
Outside of her professional life, Fatima enjoys reading, writing, and continuing her study of languages. Her dedication to learning and her passion for helping others make her a valuable member of the Novo Legal team.
