Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant at Novo Legal, Paulina brings extensive experience in administrative support and organizational management. Born and raised in Sayula, Jalisco, she studied Tourism Resource Management at the Universidad de Guanajuato and has built her career supporting cultural, governmental, and nonprofit institutions. Her professional background includes roles with CANIRAC in Cancún, the Festival Internacional Cervantino, and nearly four years with the Government of Guanajuato.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Paulina has led educational projects abroad, such as teaching Mexican culture in Poland. Guided by a natural sense of justice and a strong desire to help others, she found alignment with Novo’s vision and values. Today, she contributes her skills and dedication to advancing the organization’s mission alongside Luis, ensuring the team’s work is carried out with excellence and purpose.
