FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
Novo Legal Group is an immigrant rights law firm practicing in the areas of immigration, criminal defense, family law, and civil rights. We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist for our office in Kent, Washington.
Primary duties include:
- Answering phones and scheduling new client consultations
- Directing existing clients to the responsible attorney or case manager
- Greeting clients in the office
- Completing brief consultation intakes
- Managing office supplies
- Processing mail
- Receiving payments
- Scanning and copying
- File management
- Data entry
Qualified candidates will possess:
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated
- Standard computer skills and the ability to learn new programs (Google Apps, Office Products, QuickBooks, etc)
Hours:
- This is a full-time position with hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Pay:
- $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
